The combination of normal winter storms and lake-effect snow typically ensures our area a long and robust ski season.

Consequently, the Finger Lakes region is a winter sports enthusiast’s dream with an excellent selection of both cross-country and downhill ski areas. Snowboarding, snow shoeing, skating, sledding, and more are also right at your fingertips.
