Native American Winter Arts Weekend 2017The Native American Winter Arts Weekend provides an excellent opportunity to experience Native American culture and purchase one-of-a-kind holiday gifts. December 2nd and 3rd, 2017 at the Seneca Art & Culture Center in Victor, NY.

Ganondagan, also known as Boughton Hill, was a bustling center of thousands for the Seneca people in the 1700’s. Today, the site is home to the Seneca Art and Culture Center where the Seneca preserve and display their living Native American culture.

The Native American Winter Arts Weekend is one of the many ways the Seneca share this living culture. The festival is a 2-day event of traditional storytelling, music, dancing, arts, and food. This year’s event includes a film screening, and, of course, the ever popular Native American Arts Market.

Ganondagan Native American Dance & Music FestivalCome to the Finger Lakes to celebrate Ganondagan’s 26th annual Native American Dance & Music Festival! July 22 and 23 in Victor, NY. The 2017 Native American Dance & Music Festival promises performances by The Akwesasne Women Singers, Bear Fox, Kevin Locke, Iroquois Social Dancers, and the festival’s first ever juried art show!

Ganondagan’s Native American Dance & Music Festival is the only event of its kind in Western New York, drawing over 4,000 people from around the country and world each year. This popular summer event features a wide range of Native American traditions. Native dancers, musicians, storytellers, and artists will be on hand to display their talents and cultural heritage.
